Hello,

I'm new on the forum and i have a problem on my SMF and i got a question.The problem is that the captcha image is bugged somehow.

Here are two screenshots how the bug looks:




Does someone know how could i fix this? Also i would like to know how to install mods on forum. I have searched for tutorials on the SMF Wiki page but found nothing.

Stupid me, I thought that the file is on the wiki page but it was in the topic.

It fould a few errors and when i tried to fix them i got errors and my forum didn't worked well.

I don't see anything wrong in this files, but my php knowledge is bad.

are you using spanish_es-utf8 or spanish_es language?

why do you have any content above the opening <?php tag in your index.template.php file?

The only two languages which the forum have are English and Portugues_brazil.

Well , i tried to put that line into the <?php tags but it gave me errors when i opened my forum.

Hello guys, I have the same problem.

I ran ckeck_file.php, found that index.template miss its ?> according to check_file. The fact is that the file end by

bla bla bla
}

?>

<html>
<body>
<script type="text/javascript">
   parent.processForm('&ftpAction=openFolder');
</script>
</body>
</html>

So technicaly, the ?> is there, just not at the end.

I'm not sure about what I am suppose to do with the : "The fonts directory can be found in the default's theme directory. It can be replaced by the one from the install package in order to restore any possible missing file."

I extract again the french package ? the smf_2-0-10_install ? Do I exctract it in local and then I upload dircetory by directory the default's theme directory ? Wich one ? the installer or the french package ? Will I have to re configure the permission after that ?

Is this problem could be simply a matter of permissions ?
