Do we have a free mod about post rating where users can vote the posts in a thread and it will arrange in an orderly manner with highest votes post at the top to the least votes post at the below.

If we do not have, i would like to know is it easy to modify the existing free mod of post rating so that it will arrange in an orderly manner with highest post at the top to the least votes post at the below?

A search for 'post rating' does not come up with any other mods so you want someone to tell you how to modify a mod designer's free version so that it does what his pro version does? That's probably not going to happen.

Actually I do not meant only the mod. Literary every mods that's about post rating as in user will rate the post and also have the features to list out the posts orderly. So do you know is there any other such mods?

no....   and what you are asking for is quite a bit beyond what a forum is...


you could try the "best answer" mod, which probably comes closest to what you are asking for
