Need help with some coding.

I am trying place the shoutbox mod where the smflogo is located in the default theme using smf 1.1 rc1. I would like it to sit where the logo is and drop down beside the users info stat panel. You can go here and have a look at where it is currently positioned. I would like to move it straight up from where it sits now. www.eaglebaycamp.com/forum

Everything I have tried has just made a mess.
