Please don't pm for support.

You're having some sort of encoding problem, possibly related to your language installation.  Doesn't appear to be affecting other links on your forum.  Which language package are you using?  What is the native language of your server?

QuoteHello EMİRHAN Bey ;

Installing CentOS Linux platform server that you have found a package and operating system satisfies the language but English is used . If you are experiencing problems with UTF-8 character set , you can update the SQL database.

We wish plenty of traffic .

Going off now, it's getting late.  Will have a look tomorrow if you can fix the login for the admin account.

Set up a clean test install with new database, same problem with Paid Subs, so your live forum and database are probably ok.  You must contact PayPal support, give them this info:

- Payment is successful.
- Subscription activation fails with no error.
- Forum does not appear to be receiving IPN (they can check this).
- Does not work with your PayPal account or mine.
- Does not work in Turkish or English.
- Works fine in test mode using sandbox accounts.
- There's nothing wrong with forum code or database.

Post their response here.  I'll be offline until tomorrow.

Just a thought here does it need to be set up as https:// as opposed to http:// because its dealing with live data and it may not like sending it unencrypted?

You're talking about here?

http://www.mixoloji.net/subscriptions.php ? https:// ?

Night09

Yes http:// isnt encrypted like https://

Stuff sent by http:// can be intercepted and read as its not secure.

I took note of your suggestions, but my issue continues

Your PayPal account works on my 2.0.10 test install.  Have stuff to do now, but will be back on tonight.  Don't make any changes to the forum or your PayPal account.

okey krash , waiting..

Sir Osis of Liver

While you're waiting, submit a support ticket to your host and ask if they're blocking PayPal IPNs.

Sir Osis of Liver

There are two things we need to know:

- From PayPal support - are IPNs being blocked?  If so, why are sandbox IPNs not being blocked?
- From host support - are they running any security that blocks IPNs?

Your primary PayPal account is working correctly.  Payment is successful, IPN is posted to forum.  On my 2.0.10 test forum, subscription is activated.  On your live forum, and the clean test forum I set up on your host, subscription fails without error.  If I switch to test mode, IPN is received and subscription is activated.  I replaced subscriptions.php, ManagePaid.php, Subscriptions-PayPal.php on your live forum with the working files from my test forum, doesn't work.

The only thing I see that's not right is this recurring error in your log -

     http://www.mixoloji.net/index.php?board=15.0
     2: mail() has been disabled for security reasons
     File: /home/uwymixol/public_html/Sources/ScheduledTasks.php
     Line: 997

     // No point logging a specific error here, as we have no language. PHP error is helpful anyway...
     $result = mail(strtr($email['to'], array("\r" => '', "\n" => '')), $email['subject'], $email['body'], $email['headers']);

I cannot cause the error, it does not correspond to subscription attempts or logged scheduled tasks.  It may or may not be related to the Paid Subs problem, but I'm thinking not.

Best guess at this point is your host is blocking IPNs.  PayPal support can tell you if they're being blocked.  Why the sandbox IPNs get through is a mystery.
