can't add new smileys icon

I can't add more smileys icon to default smileys after try "edit message icons" its say "Not find image in default theme"

I already upload image.gif to /Smileys/default

what should i do?

You don't have to upload smileys to your theme/image directory. You can add smileys by downloading them from wherever you find them to your computer; then go to  Admin » Forum» Smileys and Message Icons » Add Smiley

Then you can check the "Upload New Smiley" button and upload the smiley you saved from your computer.
