Delete a lot of posts ....

I need to delete a lot of posts. I ran into this problem before but I forgot how to do this.  I had it setup so that there was checkboxes to the right of all the messages (posts). all I had to do was to check the boxes of all the posts that I wanted to delete and it would mass delete them..

How the heck did I do this ?    Sorry, this getting old is not what I thought it would be.
