Signature Permissions

Hey,

I think it would be good if signatures could be added to the permissions section of SMF admin. This would allow admins to choose which groups are allowed to use signatures. So you can reward members who post alot and moderators with being allowed to use signatures.

a supporter gave the codes for it but i think it should be built-in

Where are these codes? I did a search, cant find them. I think its a great option and it would stop people who just create accounts then spam post to advertise there sig as much as possible. As its very unlikely someone would post 1000 times just to make a sig and advertise.
