Duplicate member/IP spotter program requested

i need to identify members with multiple member names on the same IP (range-ish).

this may be in the wrong place.

I have written some basic php DB queries (like to dump out the PM's) but was hoping i could save some bother.

does anyone have a way of listing ALL member,IP addresses please ?
