That service temporarily unavailable warning is telling you that you probably have too many connections going on at the same time. (too many members online doing too many things at once) That is going to be something you are going to have to talk to your host about to see if they can increase your concurrent connections.

Looking at one of the tabs to the left of your site in your screenshot; are you on a free hosting site? If it is, and you are on free hosting, you are probably going to have to consider finding another host and pay a few bucks a month- as I highly doubt a free host is going to up your allowed connections.

You should be happy, that host must be great, even includes "service unavailable" in their free deal
