Making the ''Watched'' visible in topics

When a Staffer issues a Warning to a member, Watched <--- should appear below the user's avatar inside topics, right?

Well in my forum it doesn't appear. Even tho a member is Watched that message doesn't appear. Pretty sure someone before of me hided the function but I'm not sure how to bring it back.

Well my admin partner solved it. I don't know what he exactly did.
