Forum is not formatted

Hello,

I am having a problem with my forum. It is not formatted. It is almost as if there is not CSS formatting, but the Themes directory exists. I transferred all of the files to my server using Filezilla on Linux. I have already ran install.php but when I go to index.php, it doesn't have any formatting. Any ideas as to what is wrong?

I just visted your forum, it is just fine so I doint realy see the problem.

Seems to be OK to me as well.  If it is still "bad" for you, then try refreshing your browser cache with ctrl-f5
