Bug : i can't access to the package manager

when i want to go in the package manager in administration, my proxy returns this :

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://henol.servehttp.com/ew_test/index.php [nofollow]?

The following error was encountered:

    * Zero Sized Reply

Squid did not receive any data for this request.

or IE can't shows the page etc...

sometimes i can go in the package manager, but i have this message again when i upload a package...

I have tried whith 3 hosters, with english language and with default theme too..

Try deleting all .zip and .tar.gz files from the packagesdirectory.

I had the same issue i deleted packages using ftp client and then uploaded the packages folder again and that cleared it.
