Smf was unable to connect database???

hello
when i type in my site url this what it says

sorry, smf was unable to connect to the database. this may be caused by the server being busy. please try again later.

any suggestions on what to do
if i have to reinstall smf
it wouldnt set me back to much
cuz i installed smf just yesterday

1.) Please don't use caps everywhere
2.) I don't see SMF anywhere on your website
3.) Your post appears to have been an exact copy of this topic, even including copying the caps; but just inserting a random link...
And that topic contains some steps you can look at; such as checking the contents of Settings.php and using repair_settings.php to fix credentials.
