Posting an url in a topic creates an index.php file

Members of my board made clear that if they wanted to post an url this resulted in downloading an index.php file with the text:

200 ok

Server might be unreachable etc.

With that in mind i've spend all night trying many solutions. A post will appear when there is no URL added, but won't when one is added. Too bad the solutions didn't work out. When searching google i noticed i couldn't find a topic that has a similar problem like my board. Perhaps you have seen this problem before and can help me out with it? I'm kind of stuck and seem to start walking in circles.

ask your host to disable mod_security and try again after that.

I will give that a try. Untill a couple of days ago this problem wasn't showing up. That's what makes this problem double annoying.
