Don't know really. Give them the same access you gave to me. There's a PHP action which triggers a 503 response from the server. They need to check their logs...

You were right. The problem has been in the server's firewall. The system admin found it and fix it. Now my problem has been resolved. Thank you very much for your co-operation and advises. Regards!
