The second one is also old, but was updated to 2.0 RC2.  You'll probably have to use emulation to install it.  Watch for errors.

you would need a mod for that.
SMF, by default only shows the user's primary group name/badge (well, and also the post-count name)
it does not display secondary groups.

there is no 'arrange additional groups' when i downloaded it

most of those types of mods just show the additional groups, i would assume either in alpha order or in the order of the group ID number. if you want them in a different order you either need to ask for help in the mods support topic or request a mod to be created to do what you want.
