Help ! Changing profile preview in post

Hi guys, I have a question 

How can I (or in which file) can i change the design of the poster profile preview
from this:


To this:


(The second image I have edited in photoshop to show you what I want) .

Or is there any mod that can change the profile, I mean "poster" preview ?

The old Customized Profile mod would be what you want, but it's no longer available for download.

The SMFPERSONAL website, which would be hosting it, is also now offline.

Still, what you want should be reasonable easy to achieve with a bit of css styling.

It can be done by CSS just hiding some content, or modifying Display.template.php of your Theme to actually not showing the parts you don't want (and also requires some CSS to center the text).

Which way do you prefeer?, to lead you to edit the files yourself (remember make a backup copy of the files before modify them).
