CSS changes not showing up

A week ago I added some CSS to round the edges of the global header table. It looked great on the preview, exactly like I wanted it to look. I saved the changes and nothing. It wouldn't show up at all.

Then today I tried again and changed the background on the CSS. Again looked great on the preview but won't show up. It is saved in the CSS but keeps showing the old background.

I thought this might just be my cache. So I reset my browser's cache, nothing. I reset the file cache on the site, nothing. Still wont work.

Any ideas of what is going on? Or what I can do to make it show up?

if you are using the editor in the admin panel dont. edit the css file manually and see if it works then.

thanks I'll try that.

I just looked at it and the background finally showed up. So clearing the cache locally and on the site seemed to work, it just took a while for some reason.

That happens from time to time. You can force your browser to refresh the CSS cache by pressing Ctrl+F5 on your keyboard.
