How to lock a Thread

I need to lock some topics in my forum. How can I do that? I tried this mod, but gives an error while instaling.

That mod is for 1.1.x and not work on 2.0.x

Additionally.... Just lock the thread and tell your global mods to stop posting in locked threads.

Locking a thread is a standard feature and is obvious at the bottom of every thread...   Or, alternatively, read the manual/wiki
