Registration emails aren't sending

Hi guys.

I'm having an issue in which users aren't receiving the registration email from my forum, this can be whether they are using gmail, yahoo, exchange accounts literally anything.

I have gone through the following article:

But to no avail.

Also my error log shows no errors at all.

I currently have my email setup to use SMTP, the smtp address etc are 100% correct

Any advice greatly appreciated
