Site Rank Gone Down!! Please Help

Hello Friends,

I have noticed last week or so my site Rank has gone down drastically. Today when I checked it's down by 8 million 

Is there any specific reason for that.

I do have SEO MOD and everything and I do know that I am having good amount visitors on daily basis. Also, I am not sure if Simple Portal creating any issue in this.

Please Help me with this.

on Alexa.com. I keep track on Alexa for ranking. my GAnalytics looks like working fine. I don't know why the rank has been going down on alexa.

Is there any other site that I can check with the rank or anything? Please see attached for my GAnalytics Image.
