How can visitors see Recent Posts board? HELP

Hello everyone, I attached a photo with a problem I've been having for a while now. I want visitors to be able to see the content of the Recent Posts/Topics.  Visitors can see the Forum topics headlines on the Forum Tab, but can't check the content.

if the guests cant see the contents of the boards, they cant see any recent posts that is how SMF works.
