Quoted Text Size Change

Hello, As the subject says, that is what I searched for and came up with no results. I would like to change the quoted text size from it's current size to "12" as standard universal without having to do this each time I post quoted text. Is there a specific file where this can be changed so It's always the same size? As it stands currently I can barely read the quoted text.
