Shoutout Box

Hello.
On my website only admins can see the shoutout box. How do I fix so everyone of the regular server groups can see it?

Have you checked the membergroup permissions?

mine works like this: Admin > Permissions > Global Moderators: all checked as below:

* Shoutbox >   

View Shoutbox   
Post messages in Shoutbox   

* Shoutbox Moderation Panel >

Edit messages in Shoutbox   
Delete messages in Shoutbox   
Empty Shoutbox   
Ban users in Shoutbox
