uninstall error

I am trying to uninstall the top menu mod and i got this:

I have version 2.0.11 and have the following mods installed:
1.    AdditionalMembergroups           1.04      [ Uninstall ]

3.    Disable 'Recent Posts' for Guests    1.5            [ Uninstall ]

6.    Custom_Top_menu                           1.4            [ Uninstall ]
7.    'Read the Rules' Link Above Post Button    2.0    [ Uninstall ]
8.    Default_Membergroup                    2.0    [ Uninstall ]
9.    Ad Managment                            3.2    [ Uninstall ]
10.    SMF Gallery Lite                             5.6    [ Uninstall ]
11.    Boilerplates for posts    3.1    [ Uninstall ]

I think i need to replace the file below bat i am uncertain how to
./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english.php    Test failed

the same thing goes  just in reverse.

you don't want to REPLACE anything.
You need to manually edit the failed file to manually do the part which fails.

You should be able to safely uninstall the mod and then look in the failed file for edits left over from that mod and remove it. It will not break the forum to uninstall now is what I mean.
