[Accepted] Search User IPs

this was asked many times in YaBBSE .. allow admins to search for same IP for users to know which are having multible accounts ...

sorry if this was posted before in here ! I am lazy to search ..

Yeah, this would be a nice feature to have, especially on larger forums.

and don't forget that even in YaBBSE admins can view your IP .. so what's the different ? now we can make use of IPs instead of watching them only

Unfortunately every large community seems to have to deal with 'bad people'. Actually they have at least done something good: the ones on my community have inspired me to write the advanced tracking and banning functions

I think these kind of tools are essential for admins to be able to protect against those who want to destroy what has been built-up by the site crew and its community.

This is just a test for admins at this SMF board.

Is my logged IP still 127.0.0.1 ??

If so, you have the same bug on this board as for YaBBSE 1.5.X

In the CGI version of YaBB I don't have this problem. That board show the right IP from my computer.

Might be a security risk if someone have a set up as I do starts too write iligal stuff at this board...
