How to use ssi to include some part of board to front page

let say..... board name and topic. I like the arrangement like this


Board Name A
Topic 1
Topic 2
Topic 3
Topic.......

let say... in my website Board Name A have more than 20 topic. I only want 5 topic only incude with ssi to my front page. BUT real BoardIndex remain more than 20 topic. How to do it?

Let say in BoardIndex (real one) Board Name A, the TOPIC 1 is sticky, so it stay at top level. But when use ssi TOPIK 1 move to down after other topic x. HOW TO use ssi at the same time Topic 1 still stay stick to the top like the original BOARDIndex??
