How to undo "Force the cookie to SSL"

Hello,
I've ticked, in my forum, a checkbox such as "Force the cookie to SSL" (my site has https), but now I can't connect, there's a problem which tell me to look my settings, so I think it is from the cookie.
I saw nothing about a cookie (only the cookie name) in repair_settings.php. And nothing too in Settings.php. So, I think it is in the database. Which table should I edit ?

Are you sure that's the problem? If you cannot connect, that suggests it isn't the cookie at all, because failure to connect means it isn't even getting to the cookie stage.

I think yes.
It also does "Wrong password", but I know this IS the right password. When I'm using the password reminder button, it says "The session has expired while you were posting" ...
When trying to sign up with another account, I get "Sorry, the number of tries to connect is over. Wait 30 sec and retry" ( prntscr.com/axufw7 [nofollow] )

I made myself an account in private mode. (This worked!), and made this account admin via database, deactivated the cookie thing, deleted the second account and... I can only connect to my account in private mode. Well at least I can connect.
The text:
Wrong password: "Mot de passe incorrect"
"Connecting error": "Erreur de connexion. Veuillez vérifier vos réglages pour l'utilisation du témoin."
"Sorry, the number of tries [...]": "Désolé, nombre de tentatives de connexion dépassé. Patientez 30 secondes et réessayez."
