Inferno Theme Banner/Logo Help

I just installed SMF and the Inferno theme, as it matches my main domain theme the best.  I am having issues figuring out how to change out the Inferno Logo in the Banner to my own Logo.  My main domain is hxxp:supersecretserver.com [nonactive] and that is my Logo in the center.  My sub-domain that has SMF and the Inferno Theme is hxxp:forum.supersecretserver.com [nonactive] and they have the stock Inferno Logo. 

What is the best, new-user friendly, way to swap these out?

Well, the obvious solution seems to replace the current logo at /Themes/inferno_20a/images/custom/logo.png with your own adapted 350 x 110 pixel logo.

Excellent.  Took me a bit to figure it out, but it seems to be working fine.
