Some links are http:// and some links are www. trouble staying logged in.

Not sure what is going on, but the top theme links don't have www. in front of them, every time I log in I long I get logged out again, because the url changes , between

http://forum.racehorsetalk.com.au/index.php

and

http://www.forum.racehorsetalk.com.au/index.php

Is it a server thing or something to do with the forum software ?
