Customized Submission Form

I need the submission form for be customized and the form feed to reflect the custom fields. The submission form needs to have 10 specific data fields. I  and I only want 7 of those 10 to display on the front "listing" or "feed" page of the forum (as I want to keep the initial listings as compact as I can for Mobile); these 7 fields will be the same for all posts as will the order of each field (a specific order for all posts). Then have the ability to click and get more information on the posts; this is where all 10 fields would be displayed. All fields need to be searchable.
There is only a single category for all content (this is a private forum). Need the ability for the post to expire base on the "availability date" field in the submission form and be auto removed after that date. Controls for the posting user to correct/update/remove the post as well as the standard forum features (email, PM, and such).
