Gfycat and mp4 in signature

I would like to be able to use gfycat and mp4 as extensions in a signature (just as you would use gifs in your signature through tags), apologies if there is already a mod for it

It's a pretty good way to get users to leave your site if they keep getting signatures with videos in them shown to them frequently. Or they'll just use the "hide signatures" option.
