Postbit background per membergroup

Greetings folks! I have a question or two regarding postbit backgrounds. To simplify my concern, I am wanting to add background images to separate postbits.
What I am aiming to do:

Administrator > Postbit Background > Image1.png
Moderator > Postbit Background > Image2.png

So on and so forth.

How can I achieve this? I am still learning CSS and am struggling to figure this out.
I have indeed searched other topics but found nothing related to exactly what I'm searching for.

If for some reason you need a visual reference, I have provided a screenshot below.


As you can see, I am obviously Administrator.
How can I add a background to this as well as other membergroups?


Edit: How can I also center everything in the postbit? (Thanks also in advance!)
