Incorrect theme description

Where does this text come from, in Profile -> Look and Layout -> Choose a theme -

The default theme from Simple Machines.

The most recently installed theme in 2.0.11 is displaying incorrect description from previous theme.  It's not in theme_info.xml.

Not in Themes.english.php.  Which files does theme install edit?

Another odd thing, number of users using any theme other than default is shown as 0, all users are shown as using default.  Will try this on clean test install.

Ok, it's in /theme/languages/Settings.english.php.  Must have copied all the language files from previous theme to restore custom strings.

The theme user totals do not update if members are not allowed to select their own theme, and admin selects a theme other than default.  A very small bug.
