Hello, i made a video of my problem so i dont derp with my english...

youtube.com/watch?v=yjGiXmJPSng

i have the forum temporary mounted in Xampp 3.2.2 with Apache version 2.4.17, PHP version 5.6.21 and MySQL 2.1.0 (not shure about mysql version)
my database engines are:
CSV
InnoDB
MEMORY
MyISAM
MRG_MyISAM
Aria
PERFORMANCE_SCHEMA
SEQUENCE
maybe this is important too because i think it have something to do with MySQL so i copied what the engines tab says in the phpMyAdmin page of Xampp

i havent made any change in the administration settings, this is a clean installation with a theme.

Thanks.

Have you tried to access it with a different browser? Could just be that your browser is caching and not really requesting any new page content since it's all local. Try making a new topic and then hitting F5 in that section and it should display the topic (I mean it does on the index page). Otherwise all I can think of is an issue with your theme not grabbing the correct calls and therefore showing no posts/topics in the sub-forum view.
