Generated Text in Preview

Each time I preview a message, I see the following text at the bottom of the message.  Where is this coming from and how can I eliminate it?

To my knowledge, I have not added any kind of tracking.   I uninstalled "Track User Logins"  and  "Custom Greeting" but apparently it was not one of those.

So, I went to that web site and followed all the instructions.. that didn't help either.
