Title of thread duplicate itself

Hello,
In the forum I manage I'm noticing that title of thread duplicate itself at button of last post as if it's a reply post.
Please how can stop this? The forum is www.cokoye.com go to any thread you will see that; whether a thread has reply or not.

that is part of the linktree, just like you see on this forum. it is just wrapping to a second line depending on the width of the screen.

I can't see any thing like post with the name "simplemachines" at last post in this forum. Look at these two thread below to understand better.
First has reply and the second one has no reply. They all end with the "forum name" as an admin it's showing links:  Quote, Modify Remove, Split Topic

that is how SMF acts. i dont see any issues with what you are showing.
