URL rewriting not working

I have a wordpress blog and a woocommerce store on the /blog folder of my website and the forum in the root....but my url rewriting isn't working. I am wondering if it's to do with SMF or perhaps pretty urls?

This is the code I've added to htacces files (in wordpress and in smf)

I'm really having issues with this and I am supposed to be finishing up the store and announcing it tomorrow so I could really use a hand!
