Structured Data - Site name in breadcrumbs

Awhile back I added structured data to one of my sites either by JSON-LD for topics/media and microdata for breadcrumbs.

Will everything seems to be looking fine but I am having trouble getting Google to accept my site name. I am thinking there may be something wrong with the JSON-LD I used for the site name and search.

Here is the code
{"@context":"http://schema.org","@type":"WebSite","name":"SiberInc","alternateName":"SiberInc","url":"http://www.sicomm.us","potentialAction":[{"@type":"SearchAction","target":"http://www.sicomm.us/a/gsearch/?q={search_term_string}","query-input":"required name=search_term_string"}]}

I was thinking about putting the site name in the breadcrumbs, however I am afraid this may just add a extra line into the breadcrumb and not replace the domain in the search results.  :-\

Thanks,

Suki

I've been using microdata for a couple of months, haven't really see any significant changes.

In terms of visitors?

Haven't really notice any difference either.

The search display is still the same, so I got half of what I wanted, but anyhow I can't help but keep on adding more support to my website.

Just today I added polls to the question type. You can only have two results though, the top answer and the next answer. It is really for those question and answer sites but I figured a poll is about the same.

Awhile back I added audio and video object to the gallery.

So forth I have WebSite, BreadcrumbList, Article, aggregateRating, ImageObject, AudioObject and VideoObject.

Theres a lot of confusing info regarding structured data, it seems google has ots own and very unique way to handle items.

One thing I never really understood was the "publisher" and "mainEntityOfPage" properties. I never found a clear example of how to use them.
