users cant upload attachments

my users cant upload attachments to their post, the files uploads to 87% and after that it restarts back to 0% and get and error (connection reset), i can upload small files 1-2mb but when i try to upload bigger files i get that error

I'm going to guess that you are not using version 2.1 so I am moving this to 2.0.x support.

In regards to your attachments, try increasing the size limitations in your admin panel. Admin>Forum>Attachments and Avatars> Attachment Settings
