You seem to be running the reseller theme...   I believe that is supposed to be responsive.
You would need to check with the theme author in the thread dedicated to supporting that theme a to why google thinks that it is not...

(and, seriously, you have been around long enough, you should know that theme and mod specific questions belong in their specific support threads)

Also, your index page is mobile friendly so if you are having issues with specific pages not being responsive, it could be due to installed mods that aren't responsive themselves

after this google message, i have changed the theme, before it was default theme.
