Those are prefixes. You can search for Prefixes Mods, such as: http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=4038 in the Modifications Tab.

Also, there are many others that are sold by some SMF non official sites. You can try to search for them

Download the Mod, then, go to your Package Manager in your Administration Center.

Navigate to the Download Packages Tab and in the bottom you have the option to upload a package. Select the .zip (or whatever) file and just Install it.

Once you've got it installed, you'll be able to add them.

There's no need to add code to add a prefix. Just navigate to Admin > Forum > PostPrefix...

And there you'll have all the options to edit the mod.
