Hello there,

Hoping everyone is well and I'd of wished despite what over 10 years...?? of using SMF (would recommend) that I'd of registered here sooner, but yea, I just have as I'm facing what looks on the offset a small issue but is proving very difficult to fix with many attempts made by several people.

So I have this site;  A community site.
A while back someone offered to help administrate it.
They then went and managed to remove the text somehow (I'm guessing with a package) for the "forum" button... and yea... can't manage to fix it since they fudged it up.

I've had several kind people who've looked into it but yes, no one knows about it.
So I'm here asking if anyone else in the greater SMF community knows how to fix it.

This is what it looks like.

This is what I want it to look like.

They also did the same to the Calendar button.

I and others have checked multiple files and such and it's likely something simple being over looked...
Well that would be the no negative approach to fixing the problem but we're not sure...
So if anyone is able to help it'd be greatly appreciated.  :'(

Smf version?
URL?
mods installed?
hxxp:paruni.net/index.php?action=forum [nonactive]
SMF 2.0.11

The above are mods currently installed. Others were removed.
I may have removed the mod that he used to edit the button unknowingly.
But yea, the person who did it is not being helpful and blames it first on simple portal and then  on the theme which does not seem to be the problem... He's not saying which package was used or what or how it happened.

As per your request

That's a mod's backup of the file (denoted by the ~ suffix).

Can you get the live one please?

That's strange as I corrected that part at the same time.

Meh, see if this one fixes the calendar
