Database Error when Deleting Forum Categories

I empty out a category then try to delete it and I get:
Database Error
You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 3

Deleting categories does not work

This will be fixed for the next release. this happens when you try to delete empty categories.
