Database import not shown

Hi there,

for a client that runs smf 1.1.2 i created a duplicate forum on another host just to check out how the update process wil look like.
i made a back-up from the original forum and imported into the second test forum (same version 1.1.2) import was successful can see all the data thru phpMyadmin but not on the front or back at the test forum..

does anyone have a suggestion to fix this?

What is repair_settings.php?

yes i did, no result though..

you have to correct the database information and the base site paths on the second forum (using repair_settings) - save it - and then also correct all of the other paths with a second run
