Quick question about a board here?

Before I head over to the right board, I wanted to ask here...

Must all Help Wanted posts, paid or free, deal specifically with SMF, or is that board also available for non-SMF projects, such as general PHP help?  Normally, I'd go to Scripting Help, but if I want to pay someone, then that's cause for pause. 

General (non-SMF) PHP help, paid:  Scripting or Help-Wanted?  Help an old woman across the street.

I don't know exactly, but the description says "be it in PHP, HTML, whatever". I would post there.

The Help Wanted board is not just for SMF matters, no, so you're more than welcome to use it to ask for someone to work on a non-SMF related issue for you as you have done .
