Change the way quotes are displayed

Does anyone know where I can change the way quotes are displayed?

What I want to do is get rid of this part before the actual quote:

[quote author=username link=topic=topic link date=some date]

And then add username inside the quote. I've attached a screenshot to show an example. Sorry, it is in a different language, but the quote structure is pretty clear.

I was able to customize other elements of the post through DisplayTemplate.php, but there is nothing referring to quotes there. Can someone point me in the right direction? I need just the location of a piece of code that controls that quote structure and I think I can take it from there.

the BBC array is in Subs.php

Sorry, it looks like I forgot to specify the theme I'm using. It is the default Curve theme and there is no Subs.php here. Version of SMF - 2.0.11.
