Forum Suddenly Running Slow

Hi,

All of a sudden our forum started running very very slowly.  We have not added any plugins to it recently. 

Receiving critical error below:

There's no "Subs-Seo.php" file in a default SMF instalation. So the critical error is caused by any of your SEO Mods.

I don't think your forum is getting low because of any of this mods, but there's always a possibility. Try unistalling those mods and tell us if the performance improved.

If not, you should contact you hosting provider.

Hi,

We uninstalled the mod and it didn't help.  We are not on a shared server, we are on a VPS.  We have already contacted them and they cannot find anything wrong.  We have other sites on this server that are running fine.  It is just this one that is loading slowly.

Hello again;

Did you install any mods before the forum suddenly experienced the slowness? I'm almost sure that this should be an issue related to your server... But having a quick look at your forum I see it a bit overloaded of styles, images and gifs, but I guess you already had these before experiencing the issue.

Yes, we already had those before.  We have not recently installed any mods.

We uploaded the status.php but we don't understand it.
If someone could look we would greatly appreciate it.

It took 19 seconds for me to load the page. You should view your query log and figure out what is taking a long time to load. It could be a server configuration error. I would also recommend checking your caching settings in your admin panel.

Changed the Caching Level  to Level 1 and it seemed to help it a lot.

That appears to have significantly increased the load time. To view the queries, you'd have to enable debugging, I believe. Would be handy to have accessible for an admin. I think I might make a mod for that actually
