Error 403

Hello how are you? Anyone know why some people get mistake entering my forum? "Error 403 forbidden, access to this resource on the server is denied!"
I can enter without problems to the forum, but many reported that gives me error. Anyone know why? Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience!

Ask your host if they have mod security enabled, and if so- ask them to disable it
