Can Simple Machine Forums do this?

Been a member of a forum that runs Simple Machine Forum software since 2002 and love the way it works.  Now I'm starting my own forum and have a couple questions about the features of SMF.

Can SMF software do these things (or is there mods to make it do it):

~Earn or unlock avatar badges (or features) with post counts?

~Is there an easy way to run giveaways based of number of active days and or referrals of new members?

Those things are not built in SMF by default

I have a badge awards mod which has some built in post counts badges for certain milestones

Is there a "thanks" or "liked" mod that can added too?  One that keeps track of how many time a user has been "liked" or "thanked"?
